1. Agreement

By registering as an affiliate partner with AuraPartners ("we", "us", "the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Program. AuraPartners reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the AuraPartners affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Operate a legitimate channel, website, or platform with genuine audience traffic
• Receive explicit approval from AuraPartners before generating any traffic
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence and target markets
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling promotion is prohibited

3. Commission Structure

Commissions are paid according to the deal agreed upon at the time of approval. Available models include:

• CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) - a fixed amount per qualified first-depositing player
• Revenue Share - a percentage of the net gaming revenue generated by referred players
• Hybrid - a combination of CPA and Revenue Share

Commission rates are agreed individually and confirmed in writing. AuraPartners reserves the right to renegotiate rates based on traffic quality, volume, and compliance history.

4. Qualified Players

A player qualifies for CPA commission only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The player registers using your unique tracking link
• The player makes a first deposit meeting the minimum threshold
• The player is a new, unique customer with no prior account at the casino
• The registration and deposit are verified as genuine by the casino operator
• The player passes all KYC and anti-fraud checks

5. Fraud & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud:

• Self-referral - registering accounts using your own tracking links, whether directly or through third parties acting on your behalf
• Duplicate accounts - sending players who create multiple accounts to inflate conversion numbers
• Incentivised deposits - offering players cash, gifts, or any reward in exchange for registering or depositing
• Bot traffic - using automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate artificial clicks, registrations, or activity
• Stolen identity / card fraud - knowingly directing players who use stolen personal or payment information
• Bonus abuse - orchestrating or facilitating systematic exploitation of casino bonuses and promotions
• Misleading promotion - making false claims about the casino, its bonuses, or odds to deceive players
• Chargeback fraud - players referred by you who repeatedly dispute legitimate charges
• Collusion - coordinating with players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system
• Traffic laundering - misrepresenting the source, quality, or nature of traffic

AuraPartners employs sophisticated fraud detection systems. Any suspicious activity will trigger a review. During a review, all payments to the affiliate in question will be suspended pending the outcome.

6. Negative Carryover

AuraPartners operates a no negative carryover policy for Revenue Share affiliates. If your account generates a negative balance in any given month due to player winnings, that negative balance will not be carried forward to the following month. You will always start each month at zero.

7. Payments

Payments are processed on a monthly basis. To receive payment, your account must:

• Have a minimum balance of EUR 100
• Be in good standing with no active fraud investigations
• Have valid payment details on file (crypto wallet address)

AuraPartners pays in cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20, Bitcoin, Ethereum). We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or incorrect wallet addresses provided by the affiliate. Payments to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed.

8. Tracking & Reporting

All tracking is performed via unique affiliate links provided by AuraPartners. The data recorded by our tracking system is considered final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between your records and ours, our records shall prevail unless a manifest error can be demonstrated.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their links are correctly implemented. AuraPartners is not liable for lost commissions due to incorrect link implementation by the affiliate.

9. Intellectual Property

All creative materials provided by AuraPartners (banners, logos, copy, landing pages) remain the property of AuraPartners and may only be used in the context of promoting the Program. You may not alter, rebrand, or repurpose these materials without prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

All commission rates, deal terms, and backend data shared with you are strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose your commission rates or deal structure to any third party, including other affiliates, without the express written permission of AuraPartners.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. AuraPartners may terminate immediately and without notice in the event of:

• Any form of fraud or breach of these Terms
• Conduct that damages the reputation of AuraPartners or the casino operator
• Inactivity for a period of 6 consecutive months
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation

Upon termination, any commissions already earned and verified will be paid in the next regular payment cycle. Commissions under review for fraud will be withheld.

12. Limitation of Liability

AuraPartners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the commissions earned by you in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
